We offer this because we know it works. And because we know how many founders have been burned by agencies that lock them into annual contracts before delivering a single result.
Want to hire your EA directly?
If you are on a managed plan and want to transition your assigned EA to a direct hire, you can. The buyout fee is 15–25% of your annual plan cost.
At $4,000/month, that is $7,200 to $12,000. For context, some agencies charge $20,000–$24,000 for the same arrangement. We will never hold you hostage.
Pricing questions
How does the trial month work?
No upfront payment. At the end of Month 1, if satisfied, we invoice for the first month and you continue. If not, you owe nothing.
Is there a minimum commitment?
3 months after the trial month. Then month-to-month with 30 days notice.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade with 30 days notice.
What is included in the management fee?
Recruitment, training, performance management, quality assurance, backup coverage, HR, payroll, and compliance. You get the output. We handle the overhead.
Can I get just placement without managed service?
Yes. Talent Placement is a standalone one-time service.
Can I start with placement and upgrade to managed later?
Absolutely. Many clients do.
