Why this exists
I spent over 5 years as an executive assistant to high-profile entrepreneurs and executives, managing operations across 20+ countries. Flights, logistics, vendor negotiations, event coordination, investor meetings, personal errands. The full spectrum of what it takes to keep a founder's world running smoothly.
I was good at it. But I also saw everything that was broken from the inside.
I saw agencies that recruited the cheapest talent they could find and charged premium prices. I saw assistants blamed for problems that started with bad matching and zero training. I saw founders give up on delegation because every service they tried created more work than it saved.
And I saw the concierge industry sell 'luxury' memberships that amounted to Google searches with a markup.
The gap in this market is not talent. There are exceptional professionals all over the world. The gap is in how they are recruited, trained, managed, and compensated. And the gap in concierge is between what is promised and what is delivered.
I started The Premium Concierge to close both gaps. Managed support built by someone who lived the role. Talent placement informed by someone who has been on both sides of the interview. AI systems that solve real workflow problems. And concierge that delivers substance, not theater.
